Winery "Paradeis", Magré
The Winery "Paradeis" on the main square in the village of Magré is an open door on the world of South Tyrolean wine pioneer Alois Lageder. Since the beginning he has seen wine cultivation as a delicate game between nature and man. The modern environment, inside an historic building, is an ideal setting for Alois to invite his guest to taste wines coming from different locations, vineyards and micro-climatic areas. This area extends from the Alps to the south and is a display of the nature's rich variety. Lageder fuses the modern vinification techniques with ancient experience and local tradition in wine production. And as for the wine so for the food, the first rule is: regional, seasonal, market-fresh and organic. The result: pure heaven!
