Wine estate "Haderburg", Salorno
The farmhouse "Hausmannhof" is the heart of the Haderburg vineyard; the production is managed by the family. The grapes come from the vineyards by the "Hausmannhof" in Salorno and the "Obermairlhof" farmhouse in Chiusa and are processed here in the south of South Tyrol to become white wines with great character, full bodied reds and refreshing South Tyrolean “Spumante”. The wine estate follows the biodynamic farming process and produces outstanding wines. The wine here is particularly delicious after a tour in the vineyards. Suddenly the visitor understands why every generation hands on its passion for wine making.
