"Tender, juicy meat dishes" is the slogan for September at the Landgasthof Linde in Stumm (Ziller Valley) when the book's author and famous cook Martin Sieberer, comes together with four other master chefs (including the manager of the Hannes Ebster operation, himself) at the Landgasthof Linde to prepare a number of exquisite dishes from the book and to properly introduce the book to the public.
